The location was serene, creating a peaceful getaway while remaining close to popular attractions. Breakfast offerings changed daily, providing excellent variety! Plus, there’s coffee available 24/7! ☕

Despite the positives, I encountered challenges with the cleanliness and service, which in some instances felt lacking. The noise from upstairs guests disrupted my sleep. 😔

The spacious lobby was beautifully decorated, and I appreciated the convenient elevator access, making it easy for seniors to navigate.

More comfortable seating in common areas, please.

The location was perfect! The pool was a great amenity, and the room was spacious and clean. I highly appreciated the accommodating service when we needed extra bedding.

The free breakfast offers a solid selection of items, perfect for fueling up before hitting the road. Location is pretty good with quick access to nearby restaurants and shops.

Beds and pillows felt like they were designed for Wookiees rather than humans—horribly uncomfortable. The bathroom needed a serious clean-up. I found hair in the tub and a tag from new clothes left on the countertop. Hallways reeked of weed due to guests ignoring the non-smoking policy, and there were noise issues with kids knocking on doors at all hours. Plus, the towels looked worn out, which is not what I expect when I’m trying to relax. Just a lot of little annoyances that added up.

Comfortable, Cozy, Convenient

I had the best time soaking in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi after a long day of exploring the area. Every morning brought a delicious breakfast selection that kept me fueled for adventures. And let's not forget the fine landscaping that makes you feel like you’re in a beautiful oasis right outside the city!

Country Inn was a very pleasant surprise. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay, assisting me promptly when I needed help with setting up my work presentation equipment. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a microwave and mini fridge, which made my stay comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which included a variety of options such as scrambled eggs, sausage, and make-your-own waffles. The hotel is conveniently located near major business areas, making it ideal for business travelers.

The seating in the common areas was limited.

I had a great time at Country Inn. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean with comfy beds, which made for a restful night. The breakfast options were tasty and fresh every morning. I loved the 24/7 coffee available. The outdoor seating area was nice for relaxing. However, there were some downsides. The elevator was a bit slow, and I noticed limited seating in the common areas. The pool area could use better supervision as some guests didn’t follow rules. Overall, a pleasant stay but some areas could be improved.

Nice stay but noisy nights

We stayed for a night and while the room was clean and comfy, the fire alarms went off at 2 AM and drove us crazy! The breakfast was decent with make-your-own waffles and that helped a little to start the day. Staff was friendly, but the noise issue was a major setback.

The King Suite was super cozy with a mini fridge and microwave, perfect for late-night snacks. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub, not too hot either! Breakfast was a real treat with fresh options and those yummy chocolate cookies in the lobby. Clean and relaxing atmosphere all around.

my previous stay in novi was okay, but this time at the country inn was fantastic! the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread had a variety of tasty options. the staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay a delight.

Stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The beds were comfy and room was spacious, which was great for our group. It was clean and well-stocked with towels. Only downside was some noise from the hallway that could get a bit annoying at times. Overall, the vibe was nice.

Checked in for a family getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious King Suite. The amenities, including the hot tub and extensive breakfast spread, made the stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the noise from nearby guests and cleanliness issues in the room, such as crumbs and hair, detracted from the experience.
